Established in 2014, the Society for Location Analysis Student Awards have just gone from strength to strength.
Over that time we have awarded a total of £5,600 to our 40 student winners. Rewarding and encouraging excellence in Location Analysis is something we feel passionately about – continuing to celebrate our excellent student members as they embark on careers in location planning.

Over 50 delegates joined us to explore the Global challenges facing the location planning industry. Our speakers, from different industries and countries of the world shared their experiences, advice and findings on the differences between countries around the world.
Last week, I attended Mark Ainsworth’s fascinating talk on Neurodiversity. Entitled “understanding your exceptional autistic and ADHD colleagues”, I found the session hugely informative, not only explaining ADHD and Autism, but also other specific learning disorders such as dyspraxia and dyslexia.
