Building the evidence base for the night time economy, BT, London, 13th June

The night time economy covers a wide range of activity between the hours of 6pm and 6am, covering everything from entertainment, bars and restaurants to the engine rooms that keep cities moving and healthy and secure: distribution, health and social care, transport. In our next event we will be joined by BT, who are kindly hosting this session, to explore how policies can shape cities and the services that serve them.

It is with some sadness that we announce our chairman for over ten years, Jonathan Reynolds has decided to stand down. Jonathan has put in a lot of hard work over the years which has ensured the continued success and growth of the SLA. Neurodiversity – understanding your exceptional Autistic and ADHD colleagues, 27th Feb, Online

Drawing on his lived experience with neurodivergent friends, family and colleagues, Mark will give an overview of the neurodiversity movement, and how this is shaping a new understanding of how conditions like dyslexia, Autism and ADHD are not only disabilities but can also be strengths if they can be better understood and accommodated.
