What is the Salary Survey?
The SLA Salary Survey looks at Salary and Benefits across location planning and customer insight. It has been developed and extended over six years with fascinating results. We received over 150 responses this year, exceeding the SLA participation target. Topics analysed include the following areas:
- Salary, bonuses, benefits, working patterns and satisfaction across the profession
- Highlights wage inflation trends between 2024 and 2026 compared with CPIH
- Explores changes in bonus structures and pay progression by age group
- Provides updated insight into the Gender Pay Gap
- Includes new insight into flexible working and use of AI in day‑to‑day roles
