  • Your team will provide data management and you’ll manage key relationships across the Group in Food, Banking, Funeralcare and Healthcare, to support their acquisition and disposal strategies

When you join The Co-operative Estates as a Location Strategy and Analysis Manager, you’ll be joining a business area that is growing and growing. Our success is based on one simple, but massively important principle – a fair deal for everyone.

As well as having input and influence in to the ongoing Retail Food Property Strategy, supporting the new store acquisition programme, identifying areas of potential opportunity and those under threat, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders across the Group to support their own acquisition and disposal strategies.

Your responsibilities will also include supporting the Senior and National Location Planning Managers to devise bespoke solutions in predictive analysis, presenting ad-hoc and planned analysis to wider Group Businesses, and ensuring expected service levels are met. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be…

  • Proven in a comparable management role, ideally in a retail or banking Estates environment with evidence of delivery
  • Able to build strong, long lasting relationships, both internally and externally with senior stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate great communications skills, in person, over the phone and in writing, with the ability to present and simplify complex data
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, whilst being flexible to our business needs
  • PC literate, with specific strengths in Microsoft packages
  • An excellent organiser of your time and able to work to tight deadlines

Salary: £46,250.00 – £57,812 per annum
