As a Location Planner, you’ll work in the Retail Property team, conducting complex analysis on a wide range of locations, helping to support and develop our national portfolio plan. You’ll use your knowledge to create new opportunities for expansion, as well as producing forecasts for future trends. The data you produce and the insight you provide will drive the strategy of our Franchise team, allowing you to grow – and grow with – our business.
What you’ll do:
- Provide key strategic and commercial sales forecasts
- Develop plans that establish Franchise at the heart of the national portfolio plan
- Conduct rigorous research and analysis in diverse areas
- Work alongside our Senior Location Planner to grow our network
You’ll definitely:
- Have experience in a similar role or a strong track record in retail telecoms
- Demonstrate strong analytical abilities and spreadsheet skills
- Know how to conduct retail location and site analysis
- Show close attention to detail
- Ability to build successful relationships and experience positively influencing stakeholders
- Have a full driving license and the willingness to travel nationwide
