Playing a vital role in supporting on expansion and investment plans, you will ensure that space development strategies are fact-based, analytically robust and customer-focused. A proven track record of initiating and implementing change in the retail sector is essential, adding value through every aspect of the new space pipeline.

We operate in a dynamic, competitive market and we’re looking for an individual who can develop a clear picture of how new space growth will change the market. Able to challenge, engage and influence, you will lead and inspire a team of technical developers and data analysts to deliver high quality insight into competitor investment, cannibalisation and growth opportunities. You must have experience of project managing new system delivery/databases, with the expertise needed to manage complex 3rd party demographic and retail performance data.
