Happy New Year! Based on feedback from members, the SLA is interested in developing opportunities for mentoring and coaching in 2023. We’d be keen to hear your views. The first part of this initiative is to conduct a ‘state of the nation’ survey to determine current levels of coaching and mentoring support within our community. We are delighted to be supported in this by one of our sponsors, Red Tiger Talent.

The second stage will be an event in the Spring (TBC) where we will share some of the findings and use the time together to plan a series of sessions in support of what the members need based on this survey.
The anonymous survey will only take a few minutes to complete and we would politely encourage you to take time to complete it to help inform the SLA on our Coaching and Mentoring strategy moving forwards. The deadline for completion is 5pm on Monday 23rd January 2023.
