Seeking a location analyst to assist in evaluating potential new site locations in support of the wider acquisition and development team.
Key attributes:
- Experience in using large databases and GIS to inform site acquisition opportunities, with proficiency in geospatial tools like MapInfo & Alteryx
- Ability to communicate insights and recommendations to the team to assist with development strategy and business making decisions
- Strong knowledge of the UK & Ireland restaurant and retail sector
