Seeking an experienced individual with a strategic/analytics background to take the lead on property portfolio planning deliverables using complex analyses across a range of client sectors and asset classes
- Be responsible for the management of client stakeholders and prepare/oversee detailed financial and other data analysis for a range of client deliverables
- Ability to manage multiple projects whilst delivering tailored strategic deliverables for specific client needs
- Proven background in leading teams in data analysis and real estate due diligence with strong interpersonal skills for communication at all levels
- Keen interest in driving insight on relevant emerging market, sector and other trends and best practices to support team evolution
